Mas Tarrés extra virgin olive oils are produced at the Olis Solé oil mill. This mill is located in Mont-roig del Camp, in the province of Tarragona. These extra virgin olive oils are of the highest quality Arbequina variety, which have the Siurana Designation of Origin.

Olis Solé was created during the first half of the 20th century, a period during the Solé family began to make their own oils with the family’s first mill. In 1987, the current mill used to make the different oils that belong to this company was inaugurated. Current facilities allow the production of these olive oils to have the most traditional production methods so that the oils are natural, without chemical processes or substances that may alter their properties.
Olis solé oils have different types of national and international recognition for quality or type of product. Some recognitions that they have are the quality of organic extra virgin olive oils from the European Union, among others.
